Digital Products
Due to the non-tangible and downloadable nature of digital products:
- All digital product sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges are offered
Consulting & Strategy Sessions
- No refunds are offered once a session has been delivered
- Rescheduling may be permitted if requested in advance
- Missed sessions without prior notice are considered delivered
Done-For-You & Ongoing Services
- No refunds are offered for completed work
- Ongoing services may require advance written notice for cancellation (typically 14 days, unless otherwise specified)
- Fees already paid for work performed or in progress are non-refundable
Freezing or Delaying Services
If a service is paused, delayed, or frozen by the client:
- Access to the service may be limited to a defined time period
- Unused services may expire if not resumed within the agreed timeframe
Specific conditions may vary by service and will be communicated during confirmation.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective delivery of services, clients agree to:
- Provide required information, materials, approvals, and feedback by stated deadlines
- Ensure all submitted materials are accurate and lawful
- Respond within reasonable timeframes when communication is required
Failure to provide required materials or feedback on time may result in delays, rescheduling, or placement at the end of the service queue.

All materials provided by QF Creative — including digital products, documents, strategies, frameworks, recordings, and content — are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may:
- Use purchased materials for your own internal or personal use
You may not:
- Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or publish materials
